The Spa area only will be out of action from Mon 2nd Sept – Fri 4th Oct (approximately) for roof replacement and maintenance works to the filtration equipment. Below is a detailed plan of the maintenance: Monday 2nd & Tuesday 3rd September: Site establishment consisting of: Partition/Hoarding Plastic protection over the pool Platform construction over the pool Demolition of existing bulkhead and existing damaged ceiling Minor electrical works Wednesday 4th September: Crane to establish in the carpark to commence the removal process of the existing glass panels Thursday 5th September: Continuation of the removal of the existing structural steel beams Friday 6th September: Continuation of removal Site measure of new Structural steel beam and stainless steel brackets to begin manufacture From this point, there will be an approximate 1 - 2 week lead time in order to fabricate and hot-dip galvanise the beam ready for install. While this is happening works outlined below can be achieved: Rectify the damaged ceiling grid Electrical works Construction of the new ventilation duct Preliminary installation of the ventilation system We apologise in advance for any inconveniences.
