The Lane Cove Aquatic Leisure Centre boasts spa, sauna and steam room facilities. These amenities offer several health benefits such as:

- Muscle relaxation
- Increase blood circulation
- Cleanse all your pores. 
- Detoxification

The sauna, steam room and spa are included in the entry fee, but are not available to patrons under the age of 16 years.
