Aqua: A 45min aquarobics class in the pool building strength by using low impact water bearing exercises.

 

Aqua Box: A 45 minute aqua class involving boxing moves to give you a fitness and strength training workout.

 

Aqua Cross: A combined cardio vascular and resistance training exercises in the water. Great for beginners to advanced.

 

Aqua Basics: For people who like simple moves with the ability to work hard or to their own pace. Perfect for first time aqua participants, pregnancy or rehabilitation.

 

Aqua Core: Train your core with this aqua class. Great variety of boxing, abdominal and strength training exercises.

 

Express Abs: A 30 minute class in the weights room on the mats focusing on stomach and lower back exercises

 

Pilates Matwork: A 60 minute low impact workout focusing on core stability, strength and stretch. A great way to gain flexibility and shape and tone. Held in the creche.

 

Hatha Yoga: A 60 minute class that integrates postures, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation to strengthen your muscles

Zumba: ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.

TBT: A Tummy, Butt and Thigh workout not to be missed if you want to tone those troublesome areas. Tone up, strengthen and feel confident after this great class.

Body Pump: Pre-choreographed Les Mills class performed to fun music, using barbells & adjustable weight plates to deliver the fastest way to tone & condition your muscles. Definitely suitable for all ages & fitness levels.

 

Body Combat: Pre-choreographed Les Mills class combining elements of boxing, karate, kung fu, capoeira & other martial arts. This non-contact workout to exhilarating music helps to improve your cardiovascular fitness, burns loads of calories & is suitable for all fitness levels.

 

Cycle: A high intensity freestyle cycle class to powerful music for the ultimate training effect. No impact & no complexity — just all out calorie burning. We also have disco & rock n roll themed classes.

 

Cardio Boxing: High intensity interval workout using a combination of boxing drills, cardiovascular & muscular conditioning exercises, focusing on fitness rather than co-ordination.

 

Dance Attack: A 60min fitness/dance class incorporating a full body workout. All levels welcome lets have fun and feel great.

 

Silver Sneakers: A gentle exercise class to allow seniors to keep active, increase fitness, strengthen muscles and bones, and have fun!

 

Tai Chi: Martial Arts class combining slow controlled movements in order to bring body, mind & soul into balance.

 

Super Circuit: A variety of exercises performed as a circuit to tone and increase fitness, held in the group fitness room.

 

Luscious Legs: A 30 minute class to give you lovely, toned legs that you would be proud to show off with a shorter skirt?

 

Express Abs: 30 minutes of intense core work with the focus on strengthening your abdominals & lower back.
